Costs Exclude

Meals in Kathmandu & Pokhara: Meals (lunch and dinner) in Kathmandu and Pokhara are not included. You will be free to explore a wide range of local restaurants during your stay.

Nepal Entry Visa Fee: The Nepal visa fee is not included. It can be easily obtained upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu). The visa costs are as follows: $30 USD for 15 days, $50 USD for 30 days, and $125 USD for 90 days.

Personal Travel and Medical Insurance: You are required to have personal travel and medical insurance, which should cover trekking at high altitudes. This is essential for your safety.

International Airfare: The cost of international flights to and from Nepal is not included in the package. You are responsible for booking and covering this expense.

Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses such as souvenirs, extra snacks, or shopping are not covered by the package.

Drinks and Snacks on Trek: All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (including soup, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cocoa, and mineral water) on the trek are at your own expense. Any extra food or drinks purchased in tea houses or along the way will also be additional.

Desserts & Sweets: Any desserts, sweet treats like chocolates, cakes, pies, and puddings are not included and must be purchased separately.

Hot Showers and Battery Charging: The cost for hot showers and charging your devices at tea houses is not covered in the package. These services often come with additional fees.

Tipping: Tips for the guide, porter, and driver are not included in the cost of the package. Tipping is expected and is a customary practice for service personnel in Nepal.
