Service Agreement

EBC Heli provides helicopter transportation services, including but not limited to corporate travel, sightseeing tours, and emergency medical transport. By booking a service, you enter into a contract with us, and you agree to provide accurate information during the booking process. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if any information provided is found to be incorrect or misleading.

Payment Terms

All bookings require payment in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other secure payment options as indicated on our website. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount due for your selected services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To confirm your helicopter booking, a full payment is required at the time of reservation. This payment is non-refundable under all circumstances. In case of bad weather or schedule changes, we will make every effort to reschedule your flight for the next available time, either the same day or the following day, based on availability.

Cancellation Policy:

• No Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations by the passenger.
• Rescheduling: If the flight is canceled due to bad weather or other external factors, we will offer to reschedule your flight for the next available time or date, free of charge. If rescheduling is not possible, we will offer you an alternative solution, but no refund will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide safe and reliable services, EBC Heli is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, injuries, or losses incurred during your flight. Your safety is our priority, and we adhere to strict safety protocols to minimize risks.
