Medical Supplies: Comprehensive first aid kit available throughout the trek.

Sherpa Porters: Strong and helpful Sherpa porters, including their salary, food, accommodation, and insurance (1 porter for every 2 trekkers).

Emergency Services: Arrangement of emergency helicopter service (paid by your travel insurance company).

Equipment: Use of sleeping bag, down jacket, duffel bag, and walking poles (if you don’t have your own, to be returned after the trek).

Government Taxes & Fees: All applicable government taxes and official expenses.

Certificate: Trip achievement certificate upon successful completion of the trek.

Health Monitoring: Oxygen meter to monitor pulse, oxygen saturation, and heart rate twice daily, ensuring your health and safety during the trek.

Costs Excluded from Your Package:

Meals in Kathmandu: Lunch and dinner during your stay in Kathmandu.

Hotel Accommodation in Kathmandu: Accommodation in Kathmandu before and after the trek.

Nepal Entry Visa Fee: Easy to obtain on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu). Visa fees are $30 USD for 15 days, $50 USD for 30 days, and $125 USD for 90 days.

Personal Travel & Medical Insurance: Not included; it’s highly recommended to have both.

International Airfare: Flights to and from Nepal.

Personal Expenses: Any personal purchases such as souvenirs, snacks, etc.

Drinks & Extra Items: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cocoa, mineral water), extra food, and any other drinks purchased along the trek.

Desserts & Sweets: Items such as chocolate, cake, pie, or pudding.

Hot Showers & Battery Charging: Charges for hot showers and battery charging at tea houses.

Tips: Gratuities for the guide, porter, and driver (tipping is customary).

Excess Baggage: Any baggage over 10 kg for the Lukla flight.

Important Note: If you return earlier than planned due to illness or other reasons, the cost of your flight, hotel, mountain room, food, and other services is non-refundable. You will be responsible for additional expenses, including food and accommodation, in Kathmandu.
