Nepal Entry Visa Fee: The visa can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Visa fees are $30 USD for 15 days, $50 USD for 30 days, and $125 USD for 90 days.

Personal Travel and Medical Insurance: You are required to have your own travel and medical insurance.

International Airfare: Flights to and from Nepal are not included.

Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses such as souvenirs, laundry, or additional snacks are not included.

Beverages and Extra Food on Trek: Alcoholic drinks, non-alcoholic beverages, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cocoa, mineral water, extra food, and cold/hot drinks that you purchase during the trek are not included.

Desserts & Sweets: Desserts like chocolate, cake, pie, and pudding are not included.

Hot Showers and Battery Charging: Hot showers and charging electronic devices at tea houses are not covered.

Tipping: Tips for the guide, porter, and driver are not included and are expected.

Excess Baggage: Any excess baggage (over 10 kg) for the Jomsom flight will incur extra charges.

Note: If you return earlier from the trek due to illness or other issues, any costs for flights, hotels, rooms, food, etc., are non-refundable. You will need to cover the additional expenses for accommodation, food, and transport in Kathmandu yourself.
