What's Included:

Airport Pickup and Transport: We’ll arrange for your pickup from Tribhuvan International Airport, and transport you by private car/jeep to your hotel in Kathmandu.

Accommodation in Kathmandu: Your stay includes three nights at a standard twin-sharing hotel with breakfast, ensuring you are well-rested before your trek begins.

Meals During the Trek: We provide three meals a day—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—throughout your trek. Additionally, fresh fruit will be served every evening after dinner to keep you energized.

Trekking Lodge (Tea House) Accommodation: Enjoy cozy and comfortable accommodation at local tea houses during the trek, giving you a true sense of the local culture and environment.

Necessary Paperwork: All required paperwork, including the Sagarmatha National Park Entry Permit and Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality fees, is handled for you.

Flights to and from Lukla: We include the round-trip flight between Kathmandu and Lukla (or Ramechhap to Lukla), with private airport transfer and the necessary domestic airport taxes.

Experienced Guide: A government-licensed, English-speaking guide will accompany you throughout the trek. Our guides are highly trained, experienced, and committed to ensuring your safety and enjoyment.

Sherpa Porters: For every two trekkers, we provide a Sherpa porter, equipped with proper safety gear and walking equipment, ensuring your luggage is carried safely and efficiently.

Medical Supplies: A well-stocked first aid kit is carried with you throughout the trek. In case of emergencies, we will arrange for helicopter evacuation (covered by your travel insurance).

Gear for Trekking: If you don’t have your own, we provide a sleeping bag, down jacket, duffel bag, and walking poles, which must be returned after the trek.

T-shirt: You’ll receive a special trek T-shirt to commemorate your adventure.

Government Taxes: All applicable taxes and official expenses are included in the package price.

Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour: A guided sightseeing tour in Kathmandu with private transport is included, offering you a chance to explore the cultural heart of Nepal.

Trip Achievement Certificate: After completing your trek, you will receive a certificate to commemorate your accomplishment.

Oxygen Monitoring: For your safety, we provide an oxygen meter to check your pulse, oxygen saturation, and heart rate twice daily, helping detect symptoms of Altitude Mountain Sickness (AMS).

Assistant Guide: For larger groups of 8 or more, we provide an assistant guide to ensure everyone has the attention and care they need during the trek.

Costs Excluded:

Meals in Kathmandu: Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu are not included. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the city’s vibrant food scene at your own expense.

Nepal Entry Visa Fee: The visa for Nepal is easy to obtain upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. The visa fees are as follows: $30 USD for a 15-day visa, $50 USD for a 30-day visa, and $125 USD for a 90-day visa.

Travel and Medical Insurance: Personal travel and medical insurance are not covered by the package. It is essential to have comprehensive coverage for the duration of your trek, including emergency evacuation.

International Airfare: The cost of your international flights to and from Nepal is not included. You will need to arrange and pay for these flights separately.

Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses, such as shopping, souvenirs, or additional services not directly related to the trek, will be at your own cost.

Beverages and Extra Meals: All alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cocoa, mineral water, and any extra food, will be at an additional cost. This includes beverages purchased along the trekking route and in the tea houses.

Desserts and Sweets: If you wish to indulge in desserts such as cake, pie, pudding, or chocolate, these will be charged separately.

Hot Showers and Battery Charging: While trekking, you may want to use the hot shower facilities or charge your electronic devices at the tea houses. These services are generally not included and will incur additional fees.

Tips for Staff: Tipping for your guide, porter, and driver is not included in the package. Tipping is customary and appreciated for their hard work and support throughout the journey.

Kathmandu Sightseeing Fees: The monument entrance fees for sightseeing in Kathmandu, which are approximately $30 USD per person, are not included.

Excess Baggage for Lukla Flight: The package includes 10 kg of luggage for the Lukla flight. Any excess baggage over this limit will be charged at an additional cost.

Note: If you need to return earlier from the trek due to illness or any other reason, the costs already paid for flights, hotel, food, and other services will not be refunded. You will be responsible for your own accommodation and meals in Kathmandu in such cases.
