Costs Included in Your Package

Domestic Airport Transfers: Private car or jeep transportation for pick-up and drop-off at the airport.

Meals During the Trek: Enjoy three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) on the trek, including fresh fruit every evening after dinner.

Accommodation: Stay in Trekking Lodges (Tea Houses) throughout the journey, providing a comfortable rest each night.

Permits and Fees: All necessary permits, including the Sagarmatha National Park Entry Permit and Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality fees, are included.

Flights: Kathmandu to Lukla and Lukla to Kathmandu flights with private airport transfers and domestic airport taxes.

Experienced Guide: A government-licensed, English-speaking guide with excellent knowledge, training, and experience, including all his meals, salary, accommodation, transportation, and insurance.

Medical Support: Comprehensive medical supplies and a first aid kit available throughout the trek.

Emergency Support: Arrangements for emergency helicopter services (cost covered by your travel insurance).

Trekking Gear: Use of a sleeping bag, down jacket, duffel bag, and walking poles if you don’t have your own (to be returned after the trek).

Health Monitoring: An oxygen meter to check your pulse, oxygen saturation, and heart rate twice daily, ensuring your safety and monitoring symptoms of altitude sickness (AMS).

Assistant Guide: For groups of 8 or more trekkers, an assistant guide will be provided for additional support.

Costs Excluded

Meals in Kathmandu: Lunch and dinner while staying in Kathmandu are not included in the package.

Hotel Accommodation in Kathmandu: Your hotel stay in Kathmandu before and after the trek is not covered in the cost.

Nepal Entry Visa Fee: The visa fee is required upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. The visa cost is $30 USD for 15 days, $50 USD for 30 days, and $125 USD for 90 days.

Personal Travel and Medical Insurance: Travel and medical insurance for the trek, covering emergencies and evacuation, is not included in the package.

International Airfare: The cost of your international flight to and from Nepal is not included.

Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses such as shopping, souvenirs, or personal items are not covered.

Drinks & Snacks: All alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (e.g., tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cocoa, soup, mineral water, soft drinks, etc.), extra food, and desserts (such as chocolates, cake, pies, and puddings) on the trek are not included.

Hot Showers and Battery Charging: Charges for hot showers and battery charging at tea houses during the trek are not included.

Tips: Tips for your guide, porter, and driver are not included, and are generally expected at the end of the trek.

Excess Baggage: If your luggage exceeds 10 kg for the Lukla flight, excess baggage fees will apply.

Important Note:

If you return earlier from the trek due to illness or any unforeseen issues, the amount paid for your flight, accommodation, meals, and other services cannot be refunded. You will need to cover any additional expenses (including hotel stays and meals) in Kathmandu on your own.
