Costs Included in Your Package:

Private Transportation: Domestic airport pick-up and drop-off by private car/jeep, as well as transport from Kathmandu to Syafru Besi by private car.

Meals: Three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the trek, along with fresh fruit served every evening after dinner.

Accommodation: Trekking lodges (tea houses) during the trek and tent camp accommodation during the climbing session.

Meals in Kathmandu: Lunch and dinner while you are in Kathmandu are not included.

Nepal Entry Visa Fee: The visa fee is not included and can be obtained upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Visa fees are $30 USD for 15 days, $50 USD for 30 days, and $125 USD for 90 days.

Personal Travel and Medical Insurance: Travel and medical insurance are not included in the package.

International Airfare: Your international flight to and from Nepal is not included.

Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses such as souvenirs, extra snacks, or additional services.

Beverages and Extra Food: All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, mineral water, extra food, and drinks purchased along the trek (including those in tea houses during evenings) are excluded.

Desserts and Sweets: All desserts and sweet treats like chocolates, cakes, pies, or puddings are not covered.

Hot Showers and Battery Charging: Charges for hot showers and battery charging at tea houses are not included.

Tipping: Tips for your guide, porter, and driver are not included (tipping is expected).

Note: If you return earlier from the trek due to sickness or any other issue, any costs for the flight, hotel, mountain room, food, etc., are non-refundable. You will need to cover your expenses for accommodations, meals, and any additional services in Kathmandu.
